They got to my house at 4:15 pm located the water pipe that was causing the damage. Cut holes, set up fans and air filter to do the dry out and they did it all without leaving any mess behind. They were at my house until 8:30pm and when they left Ifelt completely confident that everything was done right and with great care. Todd helped me to work with my homeowners insurance and to make sure that my claim was handled correctly. Over the coarse of the dry out and restoration he and his crew hand.ed everything with great care and profetionalism! I would reccomend them to anyone wh asked the are the best! She sent us your contact information. We had water damage to our Formica countertops in the kitchen. They will need replacing. Our biggest concern is the condition of the drywall behind the backsplash. There is no way to know until someone removes the surfaces. Allied insurance is aware of this. Do you install countertops? We had Home Depot do an estimate for replacement costs and the insurance company is coming in with about half of that amount. We would appreciate your input, as Ms Hanson stated your company advised her our estimate was too high. Hope you can help us figure this one out.
