Today we finished up a job in the Valencia area. We were hired to remove some water damage material under the kitchen sink that had some microbial growth. We removed all damaged materials, treated with a sporicide, and set up our drying equipment. Once dry we installed a new cabinet floor under the sink. Here are some photos of the work we performed!
Today we performed some mold remediation in Canyon Country. We had to remove the counter tops, sinks, cabinets, mirrors in two bathrooms. We then removed all damaged drywall to expose framing to the structure. We treated with a sporicide to clean all remaining affected structured areas. We used negative air during removal of damaged material. All areas were hepa vacuumed during and after remediation. Here are some photos of our work.
Today we had a job in the Woodland Hills area. Our customer had a water damage from a faulty water heater a few years back. We where hired to address some padding issues that were believed to be caused by improper dryout. We removed the pad, damaged tactstrip, and treated area with a sporicide and antimicrobial treatment. We used a subextraction system to remove the problem area spots! Here are some photos of our work.
