We were called out to mitigate damage to a commercial building in the santa clarita valley. We extracted the water that affected 6 units in the building. Our job included moving the tennants stock and belongings out of the damaged area to make room to properly dryout the water damaged structure. We used a non-disruptive method of removing moisture from the walls. In the main unit where the water damage originated we opened the drywall below the baseboard level to make repairs much easier. The rest of the units we used a combination of drill access holes through-out with some injecti-dry systems to shoot pressurized hot air into the walls where we tested more moisture. The entire building took 5 days to become totally dry. We are now in the process of making the necessary repairs and help get the tennants back in business. Here are some photos of our work
